Publish the files AI tools look for, on your own site.
Some search tools and AI assistants look for a few standard files on a website before they can read about it. Enter your domain to see which ones you have, generate the ones you are missing for free, or have us set them up for you.
Free. Reads only public files. Stores nothing.
Generate the files for
Fill in a couple of details and download the files below, then host them on your site at the paths shown. Everything is generated in your browser.
How it works
1 · Check
See what you have
We read your site's public files and show which of the standard discovery files are present and which are missing.
2 · Generate
Get the files
Download correctly formatted llms.txt, ai-info.json,
and an ARD catalog for your domain. Free, no account.
3 · Publish
Put them live
Host each file at the path shown. Not sure how, or on a platform that makes it awkward? We can do this step for you.
Done-for-you setup
Publishing a few files is simple in theory, but it means getting into your CMS, host, or DNS settings. If you would rather not, we do it for you:
- We generate the files and install them on your site, whether it runs on WordPress, a static host, GitHub Pages, or something else.
- We confirm each file is live at the correct path on your domain root.
- We send you a short summary of what was published and where.

Questions
What are these files, exactly?
llms.txt is a plain-text guide for AI assistants. An ARD catalog
(/.well-known/ard.json) lists your machine-readable resources; it is an
emerging proposal (currently v0.91). ai-info.json is a small
JSON profile of your site, an informal convention rather than a standard. They all sit on your
own domain, and you stay in control of them.
Will this get my site "found by AI"?
We will not promise that. These mechanisms have uneven adoption today, and no service can control what a given AI product does. What publishing these files does is make your information available, in a machine-readable form, to the systems that do read them. That is worth doing; it is not a guarantee of traffic or rankings, and anyone who promises that is overselling it.
Do I even need it?
If you run a normal business website, the three core files are cheap to publish and hard to get wrong once generated. If you do not want to bother, that is a reasonable choice too — the free check will tell you where you stand either way.
How is the scan done? Is my data safe?
The check reads only the public files on your domain and stores nothing. It uses the free, public NessGate resolver — the same endpoint anyone can call — and we have no special access to it. File generation happens entirely in your browser.
Are you affiliated with NessGate?
No — NessReady is a separate, independent service. NessGate is free, neutral infrastructure that we use like any other client; paying us never changes how NessGate treats your site. We simply do the setup work NessGate does not.
